Our Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Action Figure is being designed as we speak, but we’ve got a bit of a dilemma…

You see, we’re trying to choose the perfect outfit for the new congresswoman, but we just can’t make up our mind. 🤔 So, in the spirit of AOC herself, we’ve come up with a populist solution: We’re putting the decision in your hands.

The outfit that gets the most votes in our poll will be the one our AOC Action Figure wears. Well, the email was a fail. Came out like an Alt-Binary-FCTRY message. The link came up 404.

Try again? I’d like to vote on her outfit.
I did like the one She was dancing on the roof in.

Kamala is running for President… AOC is a newcomer to DC … raised a lot of eyebrows buy honestly hasn’t done anything YET…

AOC has already moved the Overton Window on the Green New Deal. If arousing interest in saving at least a part of civilization at the last minute doesn’t count, what does? White suit.

Either one, but with a matching dunce cap!

She is completely ignorant on so many topics, and just lost New York City billions of dollars in tax revenue from Amazon directly, and from the 25,000 new employees they would have hired. She lacks any comprehension of basic economics. Evidenced by her celebrating Amazon pulling out, and the impossibility of the U.S. having anywhere near the funds to support her New Green Deal. “Guaranteed wages for all, even those who do not want to work.” That’s brilliant!!!

What makes you think they weren’t going to bring their own employees and with the tax break they were going to get when the city of NY has lots of issues to dedicate the money to, the giant AMAZON didn’t need a handout! At least AOC recognized that and shined a light on that!

I agree. I like her and she is championing some awesome ideas (Green New Deal). But, I would like her to spend some time learning the legislative process and serving her constituents before she goes looking for a bigger stage and a brighter spotlight. Remember, much of our current nightmare is due to a reality show personality becoming President, and he has no idea of how government works.

THIS. Where is my queen, Pelosi? She’s been a legislator for decades and was the first female speaker of the house.

If you make an AOC, (in white) consider a larger collection of power women.

Thank you Arthur. Let’s self reflect here, FCTRY, and poll the men’s outfits as well.

Signed, Feminist at my Daddy’s Knee

White for sure.

Side note: how come you never made a Michelle Obama figure? I have the President, but it seems odd for him to be without Michelle: she is the source of all of His super powers!

Given the disastrous damage she helped cause to the City of NY by the role she played in Amazon’s taking its 25,000+ jobs and 27 billion from the city coffers I thought we’d be done with her.

I tried to vote, but for some reason the box wouldn’t enter my e-mail. I vote for white, the historic color of the women’s suffrage movement. We still have yet to achieve full equality as American citizens!

White or Navy. The navy outfit looks more like her true everyday self. But the White speaks to women power. So I can’t choose either. (But definitely forget the nondescript red and blue.)

Hey I’m not into the white it is a non color. I see white is the voters choice however the color does not compliment her personality nor her energy. FCT bad decision you should have just made the figure with her Personna in mind

White!!! Ties her to the historic suffergettes and the modern activism in the Congress! Plus she looked stunning! Best white powersuit of the evening (except of course no one beat Madam speaker with the speaker’s mace on her white suit!)!

I would go with the white, though I have to say I preferred the white cape she wore at the SOTU. Very superpowered! I also admit that my favorite outfit was the dancing on the roof one!

Hi Mark, sorry about that! Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention. We’re working on getting the poll fixed as quickly as we can. In the meantime, if you’d like to place a vote, you can do so at this link: https://bit.ly/2XdB7DG

White, but the outfit she wore at the state of the union refusing to stand/clap for the Donald.
The back of it can be flared up like a cape for the superhero she is!

She wore the white suit just the one time. I’d rather see her in the blue blazer look, as one might see her on any other day when she’s hard at work.

Yes, we definitely must have Nancy. And my Barack is pining for his Michelle.

And what about her Green New Deal jacket? If you’re going to go with one-off outfits, why not that, as well. It would have been better if the choices had been limited to what she normally wears.

Hillary is blue, Elizabeth is red, Ruth’s robe is black, so AOC should be a different color I think. The white outfit would be symbolic of the State of the Union statement the Dems made.

White was my second choice, but in picturing an action figure and considering her presence so far, I felt as if red was more to the point.

white for the reasons in Cara Lee Paige’s comment: Hillary is blue, Elizabeth is red, RBG is in black, put AOC in white.

Vote #5!

Wait until she’s less obviously self-promoting and ambitious before you add her to your line-up. Or wait until she does something more significant than be elected and whine. She doesn’t deserve to be in the company of your other figures…not yet anyway.

Of course, whatever she wears she is still a tour de force! I would vote white to contrast with the blue and red of Hillary and Elizabeth. I love the white wave of women who came in together giving us all hope! It’s a great reminder of the suffragettes and the wonderful influx of women to Congress!

I, too, like her white inaugural suit, but with the active stance in her navy suit photo. She looks so *her* in the navy suit photo… speaking truth to power!

WHITE! With the hoops and red lipstick. I was hoping you guys would make one and that is the outfit that I thought would be perfect for this!! Ahhhhhh so excited!!!! 🥳

I realize that my vote is in the minority. Still, in the spirit of strong, competent, independent thinking/ acting women, I’m going with My true choice: RED.

White. Confirms she’s one part of a team of women in the House. And to the poster who said “Wait ‘til she does something,” please pay attention. She’s got the entire country moving toward the Green New Deal she popularized. She’s moved a huge number of people to be interested in our government who now, for the first time, have someone who speaks for them and WITH them. She’s unapologetic in her criticisms of corruption and hate. She’s unlimited in her compassion and respect for the most stigmitized people in our country and uses her national voice to draw attention to what is truly important. She doesn’t run from a fight. And she’s 28 years old. She’s impressive, awesome, and our future.

Given the disastrous damage she helped cause to the City of NY by the role she played in Amazon’s taking its 25,000+ jobs and 27 billion from the city coffers I thought we’d be done with her.

Martin, Get a life. This is about buying action figures. Your disdain only makes you look like the lapper you obviously enjoy being. Get off your knees for once.

when you come up with 25000 jobs and 27 billion, I’ll listen. This was a Democrat plan, not a republican plan. It was supported by deBlasio – last time I checked a democrat and cuomo say it with me now, a democrat.
she just blew the money she wanted to spend. and you want an action figure? how is she proposing to get those jobs back? by making New York even more hostile to employers who dont have to come here?

How about a muzzle to be removed when she actually accomplishes something? With all the accomplished women out there, AOC? Are you kidding me?

Seriously, if she were a man we would never ask “what should he wear?”. Don’t make this so superficial (and hello, put her in white).

The white she wore to the State of the Union was MUCH more her style. Similar to the navy blazer with her signature tank top underneath. The white you chose has such a doofy little white blouse.

WHITE

I think white outfit would also stand out in the (my) group of Fctry action figures. They each have their own unique look! 🙂

I would go with the white, though I have to say I preferred the white cape she wore at the SOTU. Very superpowered! I also admit that my favorite outfit was the dancing on the roof one!

I’m a community organizer and member of the the North Utah chapter of Black Lives Matter. I would suggest the your company and the non black folx voting to the historical context behind those white suits before you actually choose white. Understanding that the women of color in Congress must show solidarity for political expediency. as an AfroLatina woman, I’m black and I as well as countless other black women were viscerally offended by the white suits and the casual dismissal and perpetuation of historical narratives that overlook the white supremacy. I would suggest that you all read this article especially if you consider yourself an intersectional ally.

Hi Michelle, thanks for sharing that article! Just to clarify, this is AOC’s inaugural suit. She referenced it in this tweet (http://bit.ly/2NkX3s7) explaining her decision to wear all white to honor suffragettes, Shirley Chisholm, and “all the women yet to come.”
